Nia Plus subscriptions
Nia Plus is billed monthly. You can cancel any time via Profile → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next charge; your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds within 7 days
If you cancel within 7 days of your
first Nia Plus charge and you have not actively contacted a local agent through the directory, email
info.niafinance@gmail.com for a full refund.
After 7 days
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. We will, however, prorate refunds at our discretion in cases of extended service outages.
Local agent transactions
Nia is not a party to any transaction between you and a local agent.
We cannot refund money sent to or from local agents. If you have an issue with an agent, contact the agent directly first; for serious disputes, email
info.niafinance@gmail.com and we will help mediate.
